2025 Montreal Brain Bee
When and where? April 7 and 8, 2025 at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). April 7th will be the competition day. April 8th is an optional day during which students will explore the MUHC Research Day (read posters, chat with university students, and learn about research & health).
Who is eligible for the Montreal Brain Bee? Grade 9 to 11 highschool students and Quebec CEGEP students in their first year.
How much does it cost? Participation in the Montreal Brain Bee is completely free! This includes the registration for the competition, goodie bag, and lunch.

The 2024 Montreal Brain Bee took place on March 18th and 19th at the MUHC-RI in coordination with the Brain Repair And Integrative Neuroscience Program (BRaIN).

Congratulations to the 2023 Montreal Brain Bee Winner: Waliyah Muhmood!
The 2023 Montreal Brain Bee was held at the Montreal Neurological Institute. Many highschool and CEGEP students participated! The day started with the competition questions, and ended with small group activities where students were learned about critical thinking in neuroscience research, neurological clinical reasoning, and even participated in a dissection of an animal brain.
