The 26th (2024) Annual Toronto Brain Bee
The annual Toronto Brain Bee will be held in-person, on March 22nd, 2024 at Room 610, Health Sciences Building, 155 College St, Toronto, ON M5S 3E3, hosted by the Collaborative Program in Neuroscience at the University of Toronto.

3:15 PM | Competition: Second Round (Top 50% contestants) (All registered participants are welcome to observe) |
4:00 PM | Break 2 Digital Speed Contest (All registered participants welcome to participate!) |
4:15 PM | Top 10 contestant announcement Competition: Final Round (Top 10 contestants) |

Notes: 1) The Permission Form, Confidentiality Form and Media Release Form should be signed by a parent/guardian of the student participating in the Toronto Brain Bee Competition. 2) Participation certificates will be provided by email. 3) Award certificates will be provided to the top-ranking competitors. |

The Toronto Brain Bee is a written knowledge-based competition for high school students grades 9-12. It tests the knowledge of the students in various fields of neuroscience. The original contest format was derived from the traditional Spelling Bee.
There is no cost to participate.
The 1st place winner will be given the opportunity to advance to the 2024 National Brain Bee Competition while will be held in two phases: Toronto Brain Bee winners are invited to compete in the first phase, virtually on Saturday, April 20, 2024 and the Final Showdown will be held in-person at the 2024 Canadian Association for Neurosciences annual meeting in Vancouver on May 19-22, 2024.

*Registration deadline has been extended to March 15th, 2024 @ 11:59 PM.

Day of the Competition
The competition will be held on March 22nd, 2024
It is a written competition featuring three rounds of multiple choice, fill in the blanks, and true/false questions.
A schedule of the days full events will be provided closer to the date.
